“Flowers” by Miley Cyrus
This song is all about spring because it’s called “Flowers”. Flowers bloom in spring, and that makes me think of new beginnings. For me, spring is when everything begins fresh, like a restart for the year. Though I’m not a huge fan of Miley Cyrus, this song is very fitting for spring.
“Wonderland” by Taylor Swift
This song might not remind most people of spring, but it reminds me of it! Just check out the lyric video. I mean, a lot of people say spring feels like a wonderland, so it makes sense to add this one to a spring playlist.
“Here Comes The Sun” by The Beatles
This song may be dated, but it’s still wholesome and full of promise. No matter what age you are, this is a really good choice to add to your playlist.
“April Come She Will” by Simon and Garfunkel
I like this song because it uses personification, making each month feel like a character with its own personality.
“Daylight” by Taylor Swift
This is one of my favorite songs on my spring playlist because it has one particularly striking lyric: “I’ve been sleeping so long in a 20-year dark night, and now I see daylight; I only see daylight.” This song has very creative lyrics, and even when it is not spring I love this song.
“Close to You” by Gracie Abrams
I think this is a great song to add to your playlist whether it is spring break or if you’re just partying with your friends. This song is about hanging out with friends and having fun. Plus this song was written in spring. I love this song because it’s very upbeat and great for dancing. This song’s already on my spring playlist!
“Umbrella” by Rihanna
This song is great for spring because April is known for its rain – after all “April showers bring May flowers.”
“Sway” by Kacy Musgraves
Listening to this song makes me feel like I’m running through a huge field of sunflowers and daisies. The melody feels like the wind blowing on my face, just like on a nice, cool spring day.
“Up With the Birds” by Coldplay
This song is known for its cheerful lyrics and optimistic tone, often associated with new beginnings and warmer weather. This song will be added to my spring playlist immediately.
